Making a purchase



Making a purchase is simple. Please browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the cart, when you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit or debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept major credit and debit cards but do not accept American Express or Visa Electron.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that XEnduranceUK have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please make sure that your confirmation e-mail address is correct. Make a note of your order number as it is required if you wish to contact us in anyway about it.

Shipping and handling



All UK mainland orders, other than Xecute have free shipping and handling

International orders are charged at cost and depend on the weight of the order, which is calculated on our webshop before the order is confirmed and payment taken.

Delivery schedule



We download orders every morning and try to pack them that day for despatch at 4pm. Mainland UK shipping is with Royal Mail and no tracking is available for these parcels. When requested we ship with UPS Standard (a next-working-day service) and requires as signature upon delivery. However, there is no guarantee of next day delivery, and for parts of the country it may take a few days. UPS will attempt delivery three times - if they are unsuccessful, the parcel will return to the depot and ultimately to us. There may be delays in despatching your order when we are very busy.

International orders are shipped with UPS, and take longer. Further delays can occur at the customs and import offices of the destination country - we can do nothing about this. Import duty may also need to be paid, but we deduct tax at this end so you do not end up paying this twice.

All orders are subject to satisfactory credit approval.

Back orders


If an item is not in stock, your order will be held back until we have stock. If an item is going to take a long time, we will send out the rest of your order and can either refund or send the out of stock item as and when it is in stock.

If an item is marked as out of stock on our website, then it is out of stock and we cannot send it. The website is updated as soon as items are back in stock, so please be patient! Ordering an item which is out of stock will delay your order.

Tax



For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free, but import duties may apply for your country (we cannot pay these import duties).

Credit card security



When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the credit card processing company. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy policy


Xenduranceuk do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns



Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2000/2334/contents/made

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been delivered these will need to be returned first.
