OVERVIEW
KICK START your training with XECUTE!
Fuel & Rebuild
Lactate to Fuel your muscles
Protein to Rebuild and protect against muscle breakdown
Taking XECUTE 70-90 minutes before exercise allows the lactic blood concentration to rise. This allows muscles to utilize lactate as an energy fuel earlier and helps raise the lactic threshold. By using lactate as a fuel energy source, the blood plasma becomes more alkalizing and helps the body lower its acid pH, thereby raising the lactic acid threshold, which translates into less muscle burn and less muscle soreness.
- 20G of Protein; Providing Superior Bioavailability
- 1500 mg Lactate
- Lowers Exercise Induced Body Acid (H+)
- Greater Muscle Recovery and Repair
- Provides Continuing Energy Source
- Decrease Muscle Burn
- With Added Vitamins B6, B12, Vitamin D and Electrolytes
- Great Taste!
PRODUCT INFO
XECUTE provides both a lactate fuel source and a protein muscle source. XECUTE has 20G of Protein & 1500 mg of Lactate, in one formula.
Train, compete and recover with great confidence knowing that XECUTE gives you that added boost from our carbohydrate fuel source, lactate. Your body may transport more lactate than glucose to fuel muscles and this key muscle fuel also helps lower exercise induced body acid (H+), therefore allowing your body greater muscle recovery, repair and less muscle burn.
Lactate is actually a fuel. Muscles make it deliberately, producing it from glucose and it is burned to obtain energy. Lactate is taken up by the cell's mitochondria which is the energy factories in muscle cells. This lactate is then used in the same tissues as energy. The heart slow twitch muscle fibers and breathing muscles prefer lactate as fuel during exercise. Lactate is a very fast fuel and can be used to an athlete's advantage during exercise. Having lactate as part of a fuel replacement drink provides fuel that can help provide energy during intense exercise. Since the body breaks down so much of the dietary carbohydrates to lactate anyway, why not start with lactate in the first place. Lactate in a drink can be used rapidly by most tissues in the body and serves as readily available building blocks for restoring liver glycogen during recovery. Lactate is an important fuel for the body during rest and exercise as it is used to synthesize liver glycogen and is one of the most important energy sources.
XECUTE energy & recovery formula also has 20 grams of Whey Protein Isolate, Casseinate to protect against muscle breakdown and give you a continuing energy source. Whey Protein Isolate provides superior bioavailability so the body will absorb virtually every gram.
XECUTE has added vitamins B6, B12, vitamin D, and electrolytes to make XECUTE the preferred energy and recovery formula for athletes.
INGREDIENTS/DOSAGE
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
For Energy, muscle repair and to help with muscle burn, mix two scoops with 6-8 oz (180-230 ml) of cold water or milk in a shaker or blender. Take 70-90 minutes before exercise or training.
For Recovery, to decrease muscle soreness and help repair muscle tissue, mix two scoops with 6-8 oz (180-230 ml) of cold water or milk in a shaker or blender. Take immediately after training.
