HYDRO-X is an easy on-the-go solution to stay hydrated all day long. Hydro-X contains just 1g of sugar compared to other leading sports drinks which can contain up to 23g of suagr per serving. As a low calorie supplement that is taken with water and digested by the body easily to replace the sodium, potassium and magnesium that leave the body as you sweat. Combined with electrolytes, Hydro-X contain Sustaimine®, which may help with the increasing absorption of water into the cells improving muscle recovery and energy. Hydro-X will help reduce muscle cramping and can be taken any time during training, racing, workouts or during the day.
